A good storage piece economically made and previously split halfway through the second bottom drawer to enable access up a small staircase. The back had completely fallen out with pieces missing. To restore this piece the chest was completly re-built with extra strengthening in the area where the chest was cut. We made up all the drawer r unners, guides, rails etc. Shrinkage damage was repaired prior to the piece being thoroughly cleaned and repolished.
